I purchase this earing as bonus. but unfortunately they broke at first use no worth's bonus. I been a customer for years. but I really don't appreciated when this happen you think you are getting a bonus for been a customer. Thank you

These look lab grown. The color is not as deep as a real sapphire as I was hoping they would be.

I ordered these earrings August 5th and today is August 31 and i have not received these earrings yet. It keep saying package is delayed with no further information. I would not recommend anyone to order these earrings from this vendor. I think this package is held up because of the war. This item is not from Macys but sold on their site.

Hi, my earrings arrived without the proper backs. The packaging was very poor, and the backs that were included are too large to fit the earrings securely. I’m concerned about wearing them because they could easily fall out and be lost. Please send the correct-size backs or provide a replacement pair. Thank you.
