Bad Quality Control
Lovely design in theory, but it's very unstable and quality control is not good. The wooden straights and the scratcher parts are different heights, so the tree is completely unbalanced after construction! The screws for the scratcher parts screw in too far and don't stick far enough out when secured, so you have to unscrew them to fit everything together. One of the short wooden straights was 1cm shorter than the others. This is an expensive tree, I would expect better.
