These supplements are great and don’t have any taste. They are small and easy to swallow. I have been told to take b12 by my doctor to keep my levels healthy due to my vegan diet. I only wish there was a higher dose option—I have to take 2 tablets per day.
Helps out with mornings. However try not to drink coffee works better without it.
I eat a WFPB diet so I must supplement with B12. After much research, I chose Megafood Vegan B12. I have been using for many years now.
