Suction
The suction is absolutely terrible waste of money I have to always put it on boost mode to actually suck up something and I have tiles which is easy

Carpet Issues
The suction is great with the new Dyson, but going from hardwood to carpet, I find very difficult. The sweeper will bog down and stop running completely and I cannot push it on the carpet

New v old
We bought this a month ago and it sucks up lots of dust and fur but it just doesn’t seem as good as the old one V15 that had the larger barrel, feels fragile in comparison. The new stand is great and we still love Dyson but I wished I had of just bought a new head and filter for my old one instead.

Extremely disappointing
Very disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could. Had to return it. Constantly says it's blocked when it isn't, and cuts out. Far too sensitive. Why do I need to know what size dust particles are being suctioned?! I just want it to clean. For this price I expected better reliability.

So disappointed
This machine is very disappointing. I have owned two previous Dyson and rated them the best until now. I have a top of the range Rhino carpet in my home so reasonably thick. I charged the unit and within a couple of minutes the machine said clean head. I inspected and no blockage. I tried again and within a couple of minutes the same thing happened again. I downloaded the manual but no info. I called customer care, held on for 25 minutes finally getting Jo on the line that told me to clean the head which we did - no obstruction at all then she told me to wash the filter. Really after all of 5minute use. I did so and she said she would call me in 48 hours. Still waiting. I googled and found that it might help if I move the foot adjustment to fully open. That worked for a time but the suction is not so good so I moved to halfway and next thing within vacuuming for about 15 square metres clean head cut off again. I am returning the machine to the retailer today. Very disappointed.

Disappointed that it doesn’t live up to expectations. Gutless and inefficient on carpet.

I’m very happy with my Dyson vacuum cleaner, designed, accessories and the stand makes everything feel much better!!!

Cleaned up with my Dyson V16.
Amazing vacuum, I love this vacuum cleaner because it is so powerful and light. It has an amazing runtime and suction is the most powerful I’ve had. The filtration is great and when I do the maintenance it all comes apart so easily to keep it super clean I will always buy Dyson products because they’re simply the best.

Purchased the new v16 submarine Vaccume has Terrible suction. Not advanced at all. Very loud. Regret purchase.
