Easy to understand the instructions super sturdy and quality materials. I'm over 200 lbs and there's minimal rocking or swaying as long as I'm controlled in my movements. Recommend for sure.
Good pull up bar grip is great for pull ups
I haven't been able to go outside as much since quarantine started so I realized I needed a way to exercise when I'm home. and keep myself in shape.
Purchased this full pull up bar after I tried a doorway bar that felt like it would collapse every time I used it. As a 45 year old woman putting this together alone, it wasn't the hardest piece of equipment I have ever put together, The hardware could have been numbered to make it easier to figure out what screws went where but if I could figure it out in minimal time, anyone could. It wasn't heavy The machine itself seems sturdy and solid. I'm 5'4,
Fast delivery and and use
It took a bit to put it together so maybe set aside a few hours of your time but once its done you'll be set for a long time. Its sturdy and great for the price.
All my family members love it very much. it adopts a unique dual triangular base on both sides instead of the original H shape base, Combine with 3 crossbars reinforcement to make this dip station more firmly. also, the power tower supports a variety of upper body and strength workouts, push up. Multiple handles in the pull up frame also allow you to perform more postures and exercises.
Stable at all heights. Good starter but wait for a sale. $200 now but still decent value.
I've been using it 4 to 5 times a week for the past 3 months now and I rate it really highly. Couldn't ask for more from a 'Power Tower'.
