i needed to write this review because truly it was the best experience i've had in a store in maybe 10 years. HELMY helped us and he might be the most amazing associate to exist. my boyfriend and i went shopping for a work interview he had the next day that he was pretty nervous about. Helmy helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and the perfect size/fit for my boyfriend. when i say helmy was running to get him what he asked for i mean he was RUNNING. genuinely moving so quickly both physically and mentally to get us exactly what we needed without making us wait. he also greeted us very nicely and assured us not to hesitate to ask for help. on top of how quick and swiftly he was moving, he was extremely kind and knowledgable. he assured my boyfriend he'd get the job, and he did! thank you Helmy and thank you God!!!! from deep down in my heart i hope this review gets back to him because he was truly something special. this really reminds me of the classic macys experience when i used to come with my mom and grandma. thank you macys!

Comfortable and chic shirt.

I ordered this shirt 9 days ago. It was to be delivered to the Danbury, CT store on 3 September. I'm still waiting. This has been an unacceptable situation with no updates on the progress...or lack thereof.
