I really love this brand and its products, but unfortunately, my perfume arrived with the cap broken, causing the perfume to leak out of the bottle. A significant amount of the perfume has already spilled. I have been trying to process a return, but the website is not allowing me to complete it. I really hope someone from the company can contact me and help resolve this issue. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund.

The representatives who sold me this gift set were amazing, they were impressed by my fragrance and perfume knowledge, and they were treating me and I treated them like we were people rather than client and worker, the women who sold me the bad boy cobalt gift set were absolutely amazing and we had a chat while they were selling it to me, and they even gave me a small travel decant of bad boy cobalt absolu, I love them both for it and they were the best at representation Carolina Herrera, I couldn't thank them both enough for the interaction and amazing personal chat and bond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff smells incredible lol!!! It’s fresh, slightly fruity a little warm with a smooth finish. Well rounded and nicely done to say the least. Not overpowering which is a relief and it lasts all day on my skin and clothes. Easily something versatile that can be an everyday scent or saved for special occasions. Will be asking it this for every occasion; Father’s Day, birthday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, you name it lol!
