We have a small home and did not want some big clunky plastic with legs sticking so far out you trip on them in the kitchen. I bought this chair for its compact size and If you are looking for a more traditional sized high chair this one isn't it. perfect for us but you may need higher. Baby fits in it fine she'll def still use it after 1 year of age. I thought it was removable but haven't looked to deep into how to remove it.

Beautiful, unique, functional
After years of buying 'good enough' and just getting something cheap because 'it's ridiculous to pay these prices for baby things that I'll only use temporarily… ' I wanted something pretty that would sit in my kitchen for 18+ months while still taking into consideration safety, comfort for baby, size so it's not a burden in a kitchen space, and Pros: It doesn't have a wide stance so I don't trip on it or need a large place to store easy to clean
