So comfortable and good fit. Nice arch support and heel stability. However, mine have much less of the light gray snake skin coloring than pictured on the website. Regardless, these are keepers!
These fit true to size. There is padding in the heel and small arch support. The heel height was perfect for being on your feet for several hours. I got compliments on the style.

I gave this a one star because I did not get the shoes I ordered. The picture on the box was correct but the shoes inside were by the same company but a completely different model. I am returning the shoes. Don't know if I want to take a chance and order them again and run the risk of the same box being sent to me.
I have been looking for grey pumps for over a year and could not find one that I liked. These were just the style that I like; the heel is the right height, and the shoe looks very high-end for the price. And it's also very comfortable, great fit.
I love this shoes but in the picture it looks light grey and but when I got it, the colorc was almost black. Sad tgat I have to return it.
