I really wanted to love these, but they’re NOT comfortable. After reading the reviews, I bought both 9 and 9.5 and they were both way too tight. 9.5 just being a little longer but not wider. My feet are quite average and usually a 9. Both have been returned.
I love my Troopa boots, but I have worn them out over the years. These boots are almost identical to the Troopa, except for that these boots are VERY VERY tight. Especially across the foot (at least for me). Returned.

These boots are perfect for what I was looking for! They look just like the photo, really dark brown (almost black) with beautiful lighter brown distressing. The fit is on the narrow side, but still comfortable with thin socks for my slightly wide feet. Size 7 is true to size. The leather is on the stiffer side but will soften over time. I highly recommend!
