Beautiful dress.

This dress is beautiful, but just felt heavy to me. I would say it is true to size. I am 5’5” and about 160, and I the 14 fit quite nicely. It would have had to be hemmed at least 3 inches. The cost of alterations these days is unreal. But, I loved the color. I chose another dress that I didn’t have to hem. If you are taller, I would say definitely give it a try on.
