I didn’t see much of difference during the 2nd week when I stopped drinking coffee to see if I can get a natural boost of energy. But overall it’s a good vitamin I did notice the glow on my skin after washing my face so for that reason alone I will be purchasing more next week.

If anything, my nails started separating and peeling while I was trying this, and since I stopped they’ve gone back to normal. I didn’t notice any improvement in energy or anything. I've been taking two in the morning with one cup of coffee instead of my usual two cups and I feel awake and ready for the day. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant taste while going down. I appreciate the fact that they're packaged with cotton and a desiccant packet to ensure the capsules remain dry and potent. I'm not 100% convinced that I'm not just feeling a placebo effect but I'm happy to report no negative effects from taking these capsules. However, while I think I've had a small boost of energy from this product, it's been very minor. I've seen other people report a more noticeable result which I definitely didn't observe.
