Textured Hoop Earrings in 14k White Gold Vermeil

I love this earrings but one fell off. by the time I found it a car drove over it. Now I am dissapointed. I feel the store should give me a replacement for free or repair the damages.

I purchase earrings online and when i received it , I got very disappointed. They are huge and look ugly. I will return them .

The clasp is weak. With very little effort/pressure they fall right out of your ear lobe. I expected better.

The clasp broke, and I lost it on the very first day of use. It felt like a complete waste of money.

Bought this for my mother for her birthday. they say they are 14k white gold. they started to turn on her. not a good buy.

Gorgeous mid-sized hoop to dress up or down. The earrings have very weak clasps especially considering the cost & weight of the earring which is disappointing. 1 of the earrings kept falling out of my ear and the last time I didn't notice in time to look for it. Still a beautiful hoop earing.

Unfortunately, the clasp on the e earrings came a loose and my earrings fell out. I didn’t realize it until the other one dropped out (hours later). It was too late for one of them, it was ran over and smashed. It’s only been a month and few days since purchased and received. Would really like to know if Macy’s would s be another pair or refund?

The earrings are absolutely beautiful but extremely weak. One of the clasp broke a month after its purchase and it's to late to return it. I'm quite disappointed for it was pricy. Annick

I need to take my earrings back. One of the wire clasps already broke and I paid a lot of money for them.
