New to Lifepro

I am just a beginner on the Lifepro exercise ball, so I am still learning to balance on it. However, I can feel my leg muscles working hard, so I am sure they will get stronger quickly!

Great Piece of Equipment

Half Balance Ball

Hands down, happy with this purchase! Easy to follow instructions, everything needed for set-up included. Filling the ball with air was quick and easy (unlike other brand reviews I read), and best of all, it is exactly what I needed to build strength and increase balance at 65 years and beyond. It comes with a 8" ball and wall chart showing a variety of exercise options. I highly recommend this product.

Lifepro Balance ball review (from old guy)

Got this after experience at orthopedic sessions at a really good local firm. I have had both knees replaced and need to REALLY get with the program. (Hint: do NOT postpone replacement(s)). Once destruction has started the OE has to be replaced and then do followup ortho for recovery. I have things to take care/keep up with of (grand children--young)! Amazing how this is helping my balance and core/micro muscles fine tune. It's harder to get back into shape the older you get. DO IT!

I am recovering from a sprain ankle and small Fx

Was using with physiotherapist and ordered to continue balance strengthening exercises at home came with a chart of exercises for upper - lower and core which are great! Working in balance . Highly recommend
