Side panel not flattering
The horizontal stripe on the side panel is not flattering. I am a petite and this design doesn't work well. Would have kept it if just vertical stripes.

Matched Set
Earlier this year I bought a mandarin collar jacket in the same fabric. When I saw these pants I thought “suit”. They look great together and separately which work for me with many other Eileen Fisher pieces I have purchased over the years. The horizontal and vertical stripes gives these pants interest so that they are not just a pair of striped pants. I am still adjusting to wider leg pants.

Too light fabric results in wrinkling
i have a couple of other pairs of pants in this style & ordered these thinking they would be a great summer wardrobe addition. However, they wrinkled almost immediately after putting them on & they don't hang well because the fabric is so light. I would not buy them again.
