I've encountered so many fancy faucets that, once it's time to use them, I'm left staring like a deer in headlights not knowing which knob controls what or which buttons to push to change the shower head options, etc. If the homeowner needs to give you a quick tutorial on the shower before you use it, it's too complicated. I've had no issues with this system, the 2 knobs are clearly labeled and there's no guess work to be done. The water pressure is great on both the faucet and the shower head, which is nice because, as someone with lots of curly hair, dull shower attachments can make wash day even longer. I had it installed by a pro, so I can't speak to how easy it was, but he didn't mention it being difficult and it didn't take long at all. I'm very happy with it and it's inspired me to do more DIY projects in my bathroom to really pull the look together.
