This is an amazing piece of equipment! and soft! The battery operated screen counter is great! The handle bars and You can adjust the resistance easily! I did 100 reps after hubby put it together… got my heart rate up and I can already tell that my knees, thighs, glutes and arms will love this workout!
It required very little assembly and is easy to use.
Weight 180 and and could still provide a good workout. This one has been good to me. I can easily move it around the house or to the deck when I want to be outdoors. If you're 6ft then this machine will be on the short side because it is at 5'11 as well. for the price and Only neg is that the adjustable cylinder is a bit sweaky.

So where to start? this was super simple to assemble, and Also it works fantastically, I was super surprised because the price is so cheap. so the first time I used it was for 5 minutes only, and So basically, great price, and works the entire body.
I highly recommend this rower on a budget. it took longer to break down the packaging. as a plus size woman, this is a great rower. and easily holds an iPad so you can watch a show while working out. Other than that, go for it, you won't be disappointed if you are looking for an inexpensive exercise rower that is sturdy.
This was perfect! It takes hardly any space and gives you as much workout as you put into it. No tools required and took about 5 minutes.
