I bought it. The concept is great, and the shades are beautiful as well. However, it's not suitable for oily skin. It feels heavy, and after a while, it becomes very greasy no thing better than" smashbox studio skin 24 hour hydra foundation" it's unique product

Ive use this is two different climates and it has exceeded my expectations this far. Its very buildable but could be used for minimalistic makeup looks as well.
Did you use it in the morning or at night? I used this product from mornings till hours after noon. I really liked it because it felt smooth and not grainy, I could barely tell it was even there. I have dabbled in Smashbox products over the years, but this is my first experience with foundation and concealer! I received the color Light 7 Neutral, and it was a perfect match to my current summer skin tone. I first tested this product out as a concealer only under my eyes and over some red spots. Alone, it did a great job evening out my skin, it was easy to blend, and left a satin finish that wore wonderfully throughout the day. My other products sat very well on top, and blended out easily a well. There was no oxidation, dryness, flaking, and very minimal creasing under my eyes (this is normal for me with any concealer). When I wore this product as my base foundation and concealer, I had the exact same experience. My skin looked even, smooth, and hydrated. It is buildable, and a little goes a long way! The doe-foot applicator/pump combination is a very thoughtful and convenient feature that I very much appreciate as a customer. Overall, I would absolutely recommend trying this dual-function product and will be replacing it with a lighter shade for my winter skin tone (sadly, my tan does not last long)! A little goes a long way - I don't like to wear a lot of foundation because then it feels too much work. Just a tiny amount of this honestly goes a long way. It spreads very nicely and feels pretty hydrated. It felt pretty light and smooth on my skin, didn't feel too cakey or like I had something dry on my face. I like the easy pump style, helps me get just a little bit of product and not overdo it. It's really interesting to be able to unscrew it for the wand, I found that pretty unique although I don't prefer how thick the wand was, but a cool concept.
