I am not sure if it was made for more mature person, but it has a deep v-cut in the back…(?) and a non-removable “brooch” is gold-tone. I will give it five stars for the beautiful fabric, but two stars for the execution. I’m a little bit confused of what demographic was trying to hit. The dress runs extremely small and if you are tall and/or with long arms this is not the dress for you.

It has some weight to it so it hangs nicely, is very soft to the touch, and the size 2 for me so well. I loved the v-neck back and the way it swathed my chest made me appreciate the way it made my bust appear. I feel especially pretty wearing this top quality garment!

I love the fit and the design of it. It is very comfortable and easy to move around in. I’m normally a size 4 or 6 but I went to eight because usually longer sleeves I have two size up so it’ll fit my arms because I have longer limbs. So it had some stretch, but it wasn’t bad like it looks like it fits me perfectly. I’ve not washed it yet, so I can’t speak on that, but it is very beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it more. The color is a deeper red that somehow keeps getting brighter in the pictures but it is the essential fall red almost burgundy color. The gold bar on the shoulder is an interesting touch but is probably my least favorite part of this great dress. The draping is perfection and hides all the little places I would rather not bring attention to after having a kid. This is really well designed I would say maybe size up a little or it will be a tight fit especially if you have a larger chest.
