iTouch Aura Audio Smartglasses

I keep getting correspondence regarding Aura Audio Smart Glasses that I never received. Order was canceled due to damage intransit. Says Macy's was responding to a call I made about refund. I made no such call. Makes me think someone hacked my account. Can't get past the AI assistant online so I can talk to a human.

Purchased a pair at my job TJmaxx the blue light lenses were easy to pop out I replaced those lenses with prescription lenses that fit perfectly I use these frames everyday the battery lasts all day if volume is under 70% it lasted an entire 8 hour shift and still had 75% battery left over the voice recording is Awsome and clear all around great glasses. The legs are a little bulky but not heavy at all sits comfortably on the face and the speakers are pretty loud even on calls I would give the frames themselves at solid 8 of 10

My wife got me an iTOUCH watch and I love it for every day use
