I got this to use more for decoration then food preparation. Yes, it can be used in the oven, but with the shape and lines I worried it would be harder to clean. I have it displayed as part of my holiday decor with some candy inside for the occasion.
This is the cutest fish for fall! I love the size it’s so perfect and it can make a fall themed dinner look classy. I love how easy it is to wash and the quality is so good.

This white pumpkin shaped soup tureen is very festive looking! The bowl is large and well built. Soup stays warm during your meal. It is dishwasher safe, but easily cleans up with hand washing.
The tureen is very sleek in a classic glossy white ceramic color. I would say it’s a great fit to fit soup or stew for a party of 4. Since it’s ceramic, it’s heavier than it looks, and it can be placed in the oven! The side handle are loops, and are very comfortable to carry. My only concern was the top. The pumpkin stem is about 2 inches high. Since it’s sleek, I found it hard to grip and was worried it would slip, drop, and break. I recommend using grippy gloves to open and close the top to the tureen. It’s a beautiful piece to add to any dinner set, especially for the upcoming fall season!
