Donna Karan New York Women's Briarrose Multi Strap Square Toe Sandals

I own over a dozen pairs of Donna Karan shoes, but the sizing on these sandals is completely inconsistent between colors. While the Nightfall (Blue) pair is a true size 8 (marked 8-39B) and fits perfectly, the Black Cherry pair is noticeably smaller and incorrectly marked as 8-38B. A European 38 is not a true US size 8, and the fit difference is immediate and obvious. In addition to the major size discrepancy, my Black Cherry pair arrived with clear manufacturing defects. The back strap design is completely different from the blue version. Even worse, the stitching on the front strap transitions into a random gold thread instead of matching the black cherry color. I am returning the Black Cherry pair immediately and reordering in hopes of getting a proper, defect-free size 8. If you are buying multiple colors, make sure to try each individual pair on right away instead of just tossing them in your closet!
