i just got his was a warranty replacement and am very happy with it. more power it seems, more sturdy feel to it. the only thing is that the bottom disconnect was similar to the older model so it doesn't get caught on things easier or having a large tab to pull to disconnect is not a great as the older model. but everything else is AWESOME.
Having a bad back and poor eyesight, this vacuum is perfect! It not only works great but the LED lights on the front AND the wand are bright and illuminate things you have missed over and over. The foot release wand is great. Love it!
I would like to return this vacuum cleaner ASAP. IT IS TOP HEAVY AND HURTS MY LEFT SIDE TO MOVE IT AROUND. IT WON'T STAND UP. IT FALLS AND WOBBLE OVER THE PLACE. IT IS COMPLETELY AWFUL . HOW CAN I RETURN IT?
Shark is the best! This is by far my favorite vacuum. This is the second one we have owned. It's a must if you have pets!
I really love this vacuum. If I had to criticize anything I would just ask for a longer cord, and maybe a little bit easier way of going from brush head to accessory without having to bend over too much. The foot switch is fine but it's just a little sticky.
It’s durable as I’ve been using it for a few years now. It’s okay at getting dust. Maintenance is similar to other vacuums so you need to clean the wheel to remove hair sometimes, clean the filter sponges, etc. the weight is light. Capacity is fine too. I think the suction isn’t the best on carpet as it’ll just roll up the hair and not suck it in. The wand is good for picking up hair at targeted spots but obviously takes a long long time
Great suction and dust cup capacity for a stick vacuum. Loving my new purchase!
Really like it, very strong vacuum, no more pets hair on carpet. I recommend it.
I actually really like my Shark Rocket TruePet Upright vacuum. My old one broke and I got this one and its been great. Picks up everything and I love that it is lightweight. Easy to clean out the container. I will say that the air filtering out through the bottom of the handle is annoying and sometimes can blow the air on your face. I don't like that. I will have to adjust lol overall it is a great vacuum. Inexpensive and does its job. Come with soem attachments that I love using. It is so easy to assemble.
Great suction, good power, lightweight, and swivel head and light are two features I appreciate. I might have been willing to add a few lbs for the benefit of a larger dirt cup. I like having the corded version for lengthy run-time but the dirt cup has the cord attached so you have to unplug from socket almost every time you empty dirt cup. Suppose it just means I need to vacuum more often!
