I love it. I love the feel and look of it,it's a gorgeous blade..and it's functionality. It's really sharp. I usually use larger chef knives, this knife is at the right length and weight, it's not heavy but it's definitely solid for its size. This purchase was a lot for me and I definitely feel satisfied. It was worth it.
The sharpness is outstanding, right out the box. In my case, I specifically chose an ergonomic handle. That's important to me. I wasn't worried about the precision craftsmanship of the blades, because they are all sharp. They're excellent gifts, but this last, expensive one is for me. Built to last.
