Just received today, going back, the neck is so high

Gorgeous but runs small

I didn’t try on when received the package -could tell immediately this was a clinger and runs very small. Not for apple shaped people unless size two up. Very lovely though. Smaller individuals will look outstanding in this gorgeous item.
