I got these thru our work shoe program. I always take a men's size 8 . These run small as my feet were tight in them.I tried with thin and wool socks. Nope they rubbed the sides of my feet. If I were to get half size up they would be too big. I really wanted these to work. They are a nice work shoe,well made and the insole is memory foam.
