Looks great but has a few gotchas. Installation: The wall anchors don't really anchor. If you exert even a bit of pressure while installing the screw, the anchor goes right through the drywall (the barbs don't anchor and there is no lip)! Even four screws and anchors don't seem robust enough to hold the lamp securely. This brings us to the second issue. The swing-out arm is very stiff. To reposition it, make sure you hold the base. Otherwise, the lamp base may come loose! We have adjusted the swing out arm once and hope to never readjust it ever again! The lamp otherwise looks great...

I pretty much like everything about this except when you lower/dim the lights to a certain point it just flickers. I have changed bulbs, made sure everything is tight but nothing works. I guess I will just have to keep it on bright. Overall everything else is good
