The capsules are a bit large, and taking three of them takes a bit of effort for me. That said, I do think the health benefits are worth it. I did not experience any unpleasant odors or tastes. I love the pink bottle the product comes in. It looks cute sitting on my bathroom counter. They store easily and travel well I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules are flavorless, this container has 90 capsules so it would last you for about 1 month (30 days) since you do take 3 daily. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks and something I noticed is I feel less sluggish.

I can’t really speak on the effectiveness of the product because I have not been able to continue taking them. They are very large capsules which makes them difficult to swallow. I take multiple medications a day of all different sizes and consistencies, but these are very difficult to swallow. I didn’t experience any noticeable side effects for the week that I did my best to get them down, though. I was expecting some slight nausea because I am prone to this when I take most supplements, but that did not happen! So if you are able to swallow these capsules I think they could be a good option for someone looking to gain the benefits of them!

Although I think three capsules daily is a bit much, especially if you take other things daily, the benefits are worthwhile. I struggle with swallowing large pills but for others these are light and float and will be easy to take.
