I have been purchasing this for over a year. It works better than what I had been using previously and is less expensive. Also without all the extra not necessary ingredients.

I take three per day in the morning with breakfast. I like the capsules. No aftertaste or problems with this product . It seems to take care of inflammation I may be having . I tried taking turmeric in a glass of water, this is definitely more palatable with the capsules . Best thing, it does the job.

These probiotics seem to work great. They are easy to swallow, ingest and excrete. I recommend them to others that need to supplement their gut with goodness.
