Got 4 of these last year from backcountry, used it 3 times and started seeing small lints being developed on 3 of them. It got worse after 2 more wash so stopped using them. So I tried reaching out, first few attempts chatbot kept failing in submitting the request but when I finally got to a person and told him that My fleece started pilling far too quickly despite normal use, and the quality did not match the premium price. He asked for pictures for all the products which had issues, after seeing pictures he knew that it was really bad and just told me that this is from normal use and our policy doesnt cover replacement and repair. So whats the use of buying a brand who cant help their loyal customer, I decided not to buy here again.

Great 1/4 zip pullover. It's great for layering and fits just right.

This is soft and stretchy—looks good, is not that thick, and can be used as an underlayer. it fits good and perfect size as 1/4 zip

I really like this shirt. Great look, soft fabric, very stylish looking but there are some issues. I ordered medium. It was way too big. Exchanged it at the local North Face store for the same shirt in a size medium again. The replacement shirt perfectly. Size is very inconsistent. Even the same size doesn't fit the same on the same shirt.

This men's sweater is so warm and soft. The detail on it is incredible.
