Classy, well made, fits well, flattering!
This dress is the right amount of everything. Low neck but not too low, short but not too short, feels fitted, long sash nice extra flair. Two buttons at neck are fabric, another nice touch. Very flattering and have gotten many compliments! I have this in orange and size xs and I am 5'1".
