Canon PIXMA TS4320 Wireless All-In-One Color Inkjet Printer

I bought this TS4320 because my old Canon died. Do not buy this printer. It never hooks up to my wi-fi like it’s supposed to. I can’t barely use it because of that problem. Most stuff that I want to print is either on my phone or on my IPad and I can never get something printed. Worst printer I’ve ever owned. The online manual sucks. Nothing is explained of why it’s not connecting to the wi-fi. My blood pressure goes up trying to use this printer.

It only works 20% if the time . Never stays connected

The printer is really bare bones but fits my infrequent printing needs. The only drawback I've found is no auto paper feed. When I'm making copies I have to manually place each piece of paper on the platen. If it's more than one (1) page, it gets a little time consuming. Even the very basic 8-year old Canon printer this replaced had auto feed.

Set up was easy. Black and white is perfect. Nightmare on color. Ran at least ten copies and every one has weird color. I should be able to plug and play without going through some procedure that I DID NOT FIND IN INSTRUCTIONS. Your tech people should be able to send these machines out so I do not have to do anything but hit the color print and it comes out perfect. Still can't use color feature. Very disappointed!

Canons top notch , love the bottom load paper tray

Bought this printer 3 months ago to be able to Airprint. This printer goes online & offline over & over again. No real reason found- just random. So frustrating! 1st time it happened- after an initial successful setup- I reached canon support thru chat. I was directed to an outside support service to PAY for "cleaning up my computer"

It's alright. It always goes offline and when I try to reinstall it, TS4320 does NOT show up, only TS4300. With that, I have been trying for days to set it up again!! I am frustrated because it does this at least 2-3 times a month. It is a small printer so ink runs out very quickly.

I had to purchase a new printer because my old, perfectly good, one was not compatible with my computer being upgraded. I like the new one. I was not told though, it didn't come with a USB connection cord as it is for my desktop which is not on WIFI. It was a challenge to find the right fit, as my old one didn't fit either! However, it works well and am liking it now.

I love the wireless printing. I tried it from my phone. The set up was easy. I did not like the print quality compared to my current older wireless printer. I used it for home. I think the printer would work best for just simple documents but the photo quality was not good. I did not use the duplex.

I received a free Canon TS4320 to review and my experience with the wireless printing has been great. I tried it from my laptop and phone. The setup process was really easy, anyone can do it. It’s pretty straightforward. The print quality is amazing although the speed can be improved. It met my needs and I use it at home. The double sided option is really useful for saving time and paper.
