I’ve been using this shoe as my gym/workout shoe as it’s very comfortable and lightweight but more importantly it allows me more flexibility in my weight training. Using the second pair for outdoor walks and runs. Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable. Runs true to size. I’ve been using the shoe for 5k and 10k runs. No break in time, from the box to the road. The white looks so good you may save the shoe for casual wear.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this shoe; the cushion and flexibility make it a fun shoe to run in especially for faster intervals or miles. Future iterations may need some tweaks to the structure and feel of it, but I think cushion + flexibility could become a fast alternative to carbon fiber plate shoes, because I think the flexibility allows for more natural movement and the medium cushion helps reduce fatigue. My rec would be to collaborate with Nike on the next iteration of this shoe, to pair what Brooks just created with Nike Free knowledge; that probably sounds crazy, but not if the end result rivals super shoes. It would be great for the sport and human achievement! I have three pairs of this shoe right now ahead of my next marathon (Indianapolis) and I’m working with a coach to find out how fast I can run 26.2 as part of coming back stronger after getting struck/run over by a horse a few years ago. Hopeful to get back to altitude for training going into this next race and whether I race in these or not, I’ll definitely be doing most of my training in them! We are planning to build up to 75 miles in a week for this block so it will be fun to see how everything plays out. Thanks for the great shoe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful shoe, feels good underfoot. I have medium width feet but the fit on these was too narrow for my comfort.
The toe box narrows too abruptly and the show provides little support for people that under pronate. Love the feel of the shoe, but it needs more width at the front.

My podiatrist saw my BROOKS on the floor at my last visit and even said "Great sneaker". She likes BROOKS as well. Having said all that, what happened to the FUN BRIGHT VIBRANT COLORS. These new Glycerin are all basically WHITE or BLACK with a touch of color. BORING!! Bright Red, Blue, Orange, Lime Green, etc. Saucony has better colors, but I prefer Brooks. PLEASE whats going on with ur colors? They used to be FUN!
I love running in the Glycerin Flex. I wasn't in the market for a new daily trainer but read a favorable review online and decided to buy a pair. The shoe fits great (true to size) with excellent lock down, has ample cushioning, and a performance feel. I'm a big fan.

I’m normally a 10.5, but like all my Brooks, an 11 fits perfectly. Brooks has really stepped up its game .. the updated designs look great, and in my opinion, they’re steadily gaining market share in the highly competitive sneaker industry. Highly recommend!
