Purchased for my daughter's birthday and she is absolutely over the moon. She loves the comfort, fit, and she told me that she feels like she's walking on clouds wearing her UGG's. Really too pricey however. It's a once in a lifetime purchase.

the upper part of these boots is very narrow. Not sure why they are made that way. you really have to consider that but the foot part is true to size..it would seem that the upper part could be made a little wider to accommodate a thicker calf. I ordered size 8. A size 9 on the foot part would have been too long.
