Brews quickly and coffee is perfect. The carafe keeps coffee hot

Does NOT stay hot as advertised. Too bulky to pour coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit looks great, but the white parts are already staining after only a few weeks of use which is annoying, particularly as you pay a premium for the white body. Regular dishsoap does not return the parts to the original color. Also, the coffee is not terribly hot so the carafe is kind of useless unless you like your coffee lukewarm. Finally, it is difficult to clean the unit around the coffee filter. The good news is that the coffee tastes great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is NOT hot as described. I would say lukewarm at best. I need to microwave it. You are not able to put your hand in the carafe to clean it-model does not have a warming plate which may be the design-had I have known this I would not have purchased it. This was replacing a 12 cup glass carafe model with both bold and temp adjustment buttons for low, medium, and high. This model has neither. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very attractive unit and it brews wonderful coffee but I don’t care two items. First, I haven’t been able to clean the inside of the unit as there’s no way to get a wide opening. Second, I didn’t realize that the burner would not stay heated for some time after brewing is completed (after about 30 minutes the coffee is not as hot as I’d like).

Coffee does not stay hot in the carafe and does not pour well. Spills down the side of the carafe. it does make good coffee but I don't recommend it.

This coffee maker is great. I have used it for years. The brew is consistent. Programming is easy. The insulated metal pot is great at maintains temperature without “cooking” the coffee. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my first Cuisinart coffee maker for many years with dependable and quality service, the choice to replace it with a similar machine was easy. The new machine looks and performs great.

Sadly the coffee does not remain hot in the thermos.
