2 weeks waiting for delivery and counting!!!
After two weeks of buying the product, the package has not arrived, Macys does not know where the product is, the tracking updates are not done by the carrier, and my credit card was debited immediately after the product was shipped. After contacting "customer service" and requesting a refund for the product, the agent consulted and said he would call the day after to give a definitive answer about the status of the delivery and/or considering the refund. Obviously, as expected, the call did not occur. I am still waiting for the product to arrive. very, very bad service.

Disappointed
It will only fold shut if you do not put anything in the back money pocket, which obviously defeats the purpose. I now have to waste my time returning it. Disappointing.
