This is useful Post surgery. It runs so small that even an extra large is unbelievably tight on my 5’4” 130 pound body. Other than for Post surgery, this would not be useful because of how tight it is making it uncomfortable.

I am unable to get my arm in it. I weigh 160 lbs and am 5 feet 7 inches tall, and expected an XL to fit. I would need a 2xl at minimum.
Not worth it. It’s like not wearing any support and not worth the money.

Defective product
Based on previous reviews, I did not expect this to work as well as it did. However, there is a large, ungainly seam under both arms that is very strange when it just as easily could have gone on the inside instead of being exposed.
I love this shape wear, the problem I have with it, the sleeves constantly rolling up. I would love to see the sleeveless and it extends to the waistline.
This product is well-made and offers some stretch, but it runs quite small. Be sure to size up if you're unsure.
