Amethyst (5-1/4 ct. t.w.) and Diamond Accent Pendant Necklace in 14k Gold

Looks nothing like the picture. The stone was so dark it almost looked black in color. The pendant also wobbles around to the back side when you wear it at which is not flattering. The chain was also very thin and tangles very easily. Sadly, I returned it.

Lovely necklace. The stone so beautiful and bright. One of my favorites. Someone commented that diamond part is defective, it is not. It can be easily flipped over.

I love the chain, and the purple of the stone is beautiful and deep. To the people thinking that the diamonds are backwards: that part rotates, and sometimes it flips around. It's not defective, just rotate it back the right way. The reason for 4 stars is that sometimes that happens when you're wearing it, and then the diamonds are hidden. It shouldn't be able to flip that easily. But it's really easy to flip back lol I'm not sure how the other reviewers didn't notice that. Anyway, I wear this a lot and it's lovely.

The stone was beautiful and clear. The problem was with the diamond crusted chain connector piece; it is backwards. The diamonds face backwards. (Toward your chest.) I gave this as a gift to my mother on Mother's Day and was mortified when she pointed out the defect. I am beyond the return period but it is defective.
