Bamboo vs Plastic
I was looking for a natural material so when I read bamboo I was thinking perfect… however they are plastic like with a plastic smell. They look great from a distance.

These are much thinner than
These are much thinner than any of the previous ones I have purchased. Still like them but not sure about their durability and protection.

Love Chilewich
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these placemats! They’re easy to clean and look awesome. I order oval instead of rectangular because I have an oval table and I can fit them without the corners hanging over the table or nearby placemats. They’re the perfect size.

Nice place mat
I recently purchased a round dining table and I did not like the way rectangular place mats look on the table. I saw these Bamboo Oval mats and they look much better. I am very pleased with my purchase.
