Hotel Collection European Hypoallergenic UltraClean White Goose Down Lightweight Comforter, Full/Queen, Exclusively at Macy’s

It holds too much heat. If you are looking for something that will keep you warm this insert is for you. If you deal with hot flashes this is NOT for you.

I purchased the Hotel Collection bedding for all of my beds in my primary home and vacation home. It’s wonderful bedding.

For the money spent on this I expected it would last a while. Not even two years of owner ship and its lost almost all its fill. Many squares have almost no down left in them at all and it has several flat spots. It leaks like crazy to the point that I am probably just going to have to throw it away. No information on any warranty to be found. Disappointing and will probably look elsewhere for bedding products from now on.

The feathers are constantly falling out, and I always have to vacuum the hardwood floor, which luckily is brown. I had a Ralph Lauren brand before that lasted me for years, and I never had any problems with feathers falling out.

I love the light non pressure feeling of this comforter. It is lightweight yet warm and comfortable, even in a Frisian summer! The natural material feels good on the skin. I also like the size of the comforter, it fits a little bit more generous than other brands I have used in the past. For the first time we have a comforter that covers both of us without issues.

Just like other people have said, the feathers will start to come out aggressively. I've had mine for 9 months inside duvet covers and still haven't sent it to dry clean. About 4-5 months after use, the feathers started coming out, even through the duvet covers. Macy's doesn't care, they say they can't do anything since it's passed return policy. Hotel Collection (866-719-6819) cares even less because they "don't sell the product on their website." According to the web, this much feather loss clearly indicates a detective item. No help from either company on this matter = 1 star

I recently bought the Hotel Collection European Hypoallergenic UltraClean White Goose Down Lightweight Comforter, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I love a blanket that stays cool and comfortable on my bed, and this one delivers exactly that. It’s pure comfort — light, breathable, and perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep.

I found it very disappointing. The down in each section of the comforter was clumped up toward the bottom of each section, leaving no fill in the rest of each section. I don't plan to use it.
