Best down comforter ever! Fluffy and warm. I recommend to all my friends and they love it too

When I opened this to place on my bed, it was obviously used, covered with bodily fluid stains and absolutely disgusting It’s abhorrent that a/ someone would use, then return and b/ macys would accept a return in such a condition

I bought this comforter originally and it came wih a stain on it. i was sent a replacement and that replacement was a CHEAP fluffed filled blanket. Who ever "returned" this item has the original blanket!!! this is soooooo irritating. this will be the 3rd time i have to ask for the item I want. HOWEVER, the actual blanket is very nice (not this trash!!!!)

Feathers everywhere after a week! Completely defective! For a comforter this price the lack of quality is unacceptable!

It’s everything I wanted — warm, soft, lofty. I’m pretty sure I’m sleeping better after adding this comforter to my bed. I hope it stands the test of time and the feathers stay in place.

I honestly don’t know how to feel about this comforter. I first purchased the king-size medium-weight version, and it was excellent—soft, comfortable, and no feathers leaking at all. Because of that, I trusted the brand and decided to buy the same comforter in a twin size. Unfortunately, the twin version has been a completely different experience. The quality is very poor. Feathers come out nonstop and get everywhere—the bed, the floor, and even the entire room end up covered in feathers. It’s messy, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. To try to fix the issue, I bought 3 different duvet covers that specifically claim feathers won’t pass through, but the feathers still come right through them. When I open the covers, there are bunches of feathers inside, which shows how badly this comforter is shedding. The inconsistency in quality between sizes is really disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying it, because you don't know what you are going to get.

The down (feathers) are not evenly distributed. The squares are half filled and some have Crushed feathers . The middle two rows do not give any warmth. It has been used only about 2 weeks. It is defective and I’m not satisfied.

I purchased this comforter in winter of last year. I had it in my cart for a while because the price was quite expensive. Eventually, a good sale came around and I got it at a great price. Unfortunately, after using this comforter now all the feathers are coming out and making a horrible mess in my bedroom. I reached out to Macy’s customer service for support, but they did not care. I’ve always liked the Hotel Collection brand. I have bedsheets and bath towels from them, but this is not what I expected. Buyer beware and do not buy. I recommend looking for something else.

This is second purchase. Great quality product.

Down comforter that traps heat and keeps us warm during the bitter winter nights. Had it for a week and already feel a difference. So much so we can even turn down the heat at night.
