The Hotel Collection European goose down comforter met our expectations. We decided on the heavy weight as the Macy's website suggested the heavy fill, if your house temperature reached the low 60s at night. The comforter is very fluffy, and fits perfectly over our deep queen mattress. We have purchased HC bedding before from Macy's and have never been disappointed.

Heavy twin was not available, so I bought the heavy full, it was very bigger but thinner than I thought.

Quality has gone down. The stitched boxes are bigger than the older Hotel collection omforter. It is also not as fluffy as the older one
The quality of these blankets and pillows has decreased over the years. The company is selling it under the same name as a decade ago but it’s clear the quality has decreased due to shrinkflation. What is now called “heavy weight” is what used to be light weight in the past. The blankets are barely stuffed. The company should be ashamed at this scam.
