I like this necklace set so I ordered it but it’s shows delivered on my mailbox but it’s not delivered yet and neither in my house address. I try to contact so many times but cannot reach them.

Its is a nice set but the necklace arrived with a knot in the chain and since it is such a fine chain it is difficult to get out and I can not wear the necklace. So a little disappointed
