Can't go wrong with Oxo
Have needed this for years and didn't know it! Kept the salmon fillets perfectly in shape, and I love the self-draining aspect.

Quality tool
I have been waiting for this tool for quite some time now since beginning to cook for my husband and I in our new kitchen. We both love fish and this tool makes it easy. Highly recommend them as a quality tool in the kitchen.

Now, it's essential kitchen tool
Recommended by many chefs, but I had a bit of a learning curve using the fish spatula. Now, it's essential kitchen equipment.

Great product
Love the shape and flexibility of this product. I use it primarily for fish as intended, but it's good for other things as well. It is also nicely constructed.
