Zwilling Professional S 8" Bread Knife

I am impressed by the quality of the knives. Very sharp

Cuts precisely, good grip, perfect blade length for daily home use

We have had the Professional-S Knives (almost everyone) for 30 years. When our daughter got married 10 years ago, we started them a basic set of Professional-S and have been growing it for them over the years. This year was the 8-inch Bread Knife. This is also something that we have done for other young couples. Very impressive knives.

I bought this knife to try. A friend recommended Zwilling. It has become my favorite. So much so that I bought 4 more

great product I would def recommend it to friends and family.

Because it is in my other house and because I missed it so much in this house, especially now that I began baking breads seriously, I invested the money and bought another bread knife. And I am so glad that I did! I love both 8 and 9 inch bread knives. This shorter, 8 inch is easier to handle because shorter, though for larger breads, one still misses 9 inch bread knife. Both of them slice breads beautifully, whether soft ones or artisan type breads. So happy to have them!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharp as a razor and could shave with them! But do not come with permanent protective sleeves such expensive knives but you cheap out on a sleeve . Why ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this knife as a wedding gift, and it is incredible in terms of it's weight and sharpness. I've used other knives, but this knife stays sharp even though we've been using it with the crustiest breads.
