I've been looking for a peeler for over 5 years that would just peel the skin and not take a bunch of the food with it. I threw out the other three I had tried and sent the link to buy these to several people!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vegetable peeler has a really comfortable handle and is as sharp as a surgeons scalpel. It makes quick work of peeling cucumbers, apples, eggplants and other vegetables that I have peeled but what is really impressive is that it can be used as a zester; it cuts so thinly that it can cleanly peel the zest of a lemon, leaving a strip of zest without any of the bitter pith. This peeler is worth every penny.
