I tried five or six dresses for my apple shape this was the best decision. It hides my belly and it makes me look a little taller. It’s well made is not hot I’m 5,4 I weight 220 pounds I got size 18 I’m going to wear it to my son wedding and the price is fantastic!

I have been looking for a black gown for the second Formal Night on a cruise, and this one is perfect. It is very figure flattering, "simple elegance" and somehow youthful, yet age appropriate for older ladies as well. It's not 'cold shoulder' but rather "off the shoulder with straps". Therefore, timeless in design and style. Some reviews indicate that this dress is quite long which is a benefit to taller ladies. If you are shorter, it's a breeze to shorten and re-hem. The fabric is a solid middle weight poly-type. Drapes perfectly. I am honored to be able to wear this gown.

I tried 4 dresses and this is the one I'm keeping! I'm 5'3, 167 lbs, and I found the size 16 too snug in the waist for my comfort, so I sized up to the 18. It's a little loose in the bust, but skims my midsection smoothly. I will have to hem it quite a bit, but that's typical for my height. The fabric has a nice weight and the cold-shoulder style is very flattering.

Was very disappointed- the bust portion was very small (even though it was a size 16) and very low cut. Not at all what was pictured.

This a beautiful and is made well. Material is a little heavy and it drapes beautifully. It hides any love handle. I bought this for nephew’s wedding and got many many compliments.

This dress was actually light and flowy. I ordered size 14. The breast area was about 5” wide. This is not adequate for a size 14 women. It looked really good until you got to the boobs. Honestly DDD boobs were in so tight that my nips would have escaped the material. Please stop designing clothes for men. Most size 14 women have big boobs.
