The clamp on the necklace is too thin

I was so excited to receive this necklace as a Christmas early 60th Birthday gift! It came in a small box, because someone bent the omega necklace to fit. Instead they should have put it in the right size box. I have been dealing with the bending of the necklace so it doesn't sit right on my neck. There are several areas of bending that doesn't flatten out with time!!! I am very dissatisfied with the delivery of my special gift that I don't wear it and want a new one to be replaced!!!

the part that said 14kt over silver was cut off. However, I would have kept it if the clip was easier to put on.

High quality, second time purchasing.

The gold side tarnished within first year and looked so bad that I couldn’t wear the necklace. Now it has been 3 years and the gold is completely gone. Evaporated as the necklace has been in the box the last three years wore only 3 times when received. Now that it is all silver I can wear it. Ridiculous. Quality is horrible
