I love your product and I don’t understand why they’re taking it out of Macy’s in Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. I have no other place to buy so show me a something close to me. I live in Highland California.
We have been using for many many years! Works great! I use it, my husband uses it and my 30 year old daughter uses it as well!
Very disappointing experience. The product page on Macy's showed the new packaging, so I expected to receive the latest version. Instead, I received the older packaging, which appears to be from an older batch, more than a year old. The older version is being sold by other retailers for almost half the price, so I feel misled by the listing. Unfortunately, I opened the package before realizing it was the older version, making the return process much more of a hassle. If the seller is shipping older inventory, the listing should clearly state that or show the actual packaging customers will receive. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this purchase and would not have paid this price had I known I would receive the older packaged product.
I have used this moisturizer for a month now. It IS hydrating, but very heavy, which may be due to the added SPF ingredients. My skin is not this dry, so unless someone has super, super dry skin, I would recommend a far lighter product.
Protection
The lotion I ordered did not have SPF. I wanted the white tea version. Frustrating. Don’t feel like going to the store.
I do like this moisturizer but my container arrived with a significant air pocket ie no cream in the dead space. So it seem to be quiet expensive for a container that did not appear to be full
I’ve been using this product for many years and love it. I need an overnight moisturizer because my skin is so dry, and this one does the trick.
This is my new favorite day cream. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. Having spf built in means one less product to buy or forget to apply.
I have used this product before. It seems to be thicker than before. I have to use a smaller amount each time otherwise it is too, too thick Was the formula changed?
