i've only had these a couple of weeks and worn them a few times. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. The one thing that has kept me from giving it a five is there is a slight irritation under the heel when it sits on the Rockport labeling and the stitching around that panel. It is slightly irritating to my skin. I'm hoping that with somewhere that will settle down otherwise they're great.

Rim on back of heel
The rim on the far back heel is too short and hard. My husband said the heal on the right side seems defective and his heel sits right on the sharp part of the sandal. If it were made a bit longer in the back...he would have kept the sandals.

Almost perfect
Real leather top, perfect fit, very comfortable insole, fair price. The only shortcoming is the ankle strap, which is fixed and not adjustable, making the shoe a bit difficult to get on.
